Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Keith Lawrence grew up and worked on a farm.
As a boy he developed a real passion for cooking and outside catering.
After leaving school he catered for many high profile events such as the famous Newlands rugby ground (where the Springbok rugby team play) and for the judges at the Western Province horse trials.
In 2008 he re-located to the UK and settled in Fulletby in the heart of the picturesque Lincolnshire wolds.
His passion for catering to the highest standards never diminished and so he formed “The Wolds Hog Roast Company”, providing Hog Roasts with a South African twist and with a service second to none.
The Wolds Hog Roast Company caters for clients throughout the Lincolnshire area including Lincoln, Louth, Grimsby, Grantham, Spalding, Gainsborough, Sleaford, Skegness, Boston, Horncastle and many more!
With a service second-to-none and with the desire to be the best, he has already created an enviable reputation throughout Lincolnshire.
